Excellent location in the city center, very easy to access with public transport from the airport. There's a shopping mall and a supermarket around the corner.
We arrived quite late in the evening and it was great to have a really fast check in. The room is quite small, but comfortable. We only stayed for one night, so it wasn't a problem, but it would be better to choose a bigger room for longer stays.
Situated by Tromsø Harbour, this hotel offers heated rooms with a flat-screen TV and tea/coffee facilities. The 10th-floor fitness room and sauna are free and provide great city and mountain views.

The beds are very comfortable. The lady at reception (afternoon shift) was so nice and polite. Always helpful and available for our needs and questions. She should be rewarded in comparison to the morning shift colleague (shifts on 11th and 12th March).
