Very spacious living room+ kitchen and 2 bedrooms.
As far as I understood it was renovated, but it looks and feels like brand new.

This is really by the sea. The living quarters are on the upper floor of a boat house, which has a ramp directly into the water. Access to the seaside is via stairs outside. There is a small motor boat available for the guest at no surcharge except fuel. It is extremely well kept and lies at the jetty outside. The living quarters are adequate for 5 people and suit a family really well. Bath is well equipped, has a washing machine and all other facilities. Kitchen is complete, workable for most types of cooking. There even is a pressure cooker. Hot water is abundant. Overall the house is very cosy.
There is a small shopping center just 2km away, where there is a supermarket, fuel and also a small restaurant. Parking is just outside, less than 10m off.
The waterfront Thon Hotel Kristiansund lies on Innlandet Island, opposite the city centre. It provides free Wi-Fi and a terrace with sea views.

Great hotel on the waterfront, a comfortable and clean room, amazing staff too (Thank you Ida).
The dinner was very nice in the restaurant on the water there and breakfast is as good as you will get any decent hotel.
