Good property. Staff genteel in offering free airport transfer & room upgrade following 1 hour wait for shuttle & non response to calls. BUT IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH HOTEL FROM AIRPORT FOR TRANSFER PLUS, usual cost $18 for transfer. Check in also arduous. Skip airport transfer & use UBER (way cheaper than shuttle which has limited space & operates sporadically) Hotel geared for group travelers & pre/post cruisers. Checking/out requires patience & lines.
