The property was clean, great facilities and a beautiful swimming pool. The staff were incredible and the check in was smooth and efficient. We love Hotel Real La Merced. It is the only hotel we stay in when we visit Granada. The hotel itself is a beautifully renovated old colonial mansion, and is conveniently located just a couple of blocks away from the Central Park. It is visually stunning. The staff are second to none. They are always going out of their way to ensure that we are comfortable and that we have everything we need.

Beautiful hotel. We loved the pool and our room was so nice and comfortable. Airco was working really well and we had a nice view on our balcony. Bathroom was nice and clean and breakfast was perfect! We definitely would come back again!

This is hospitality! Tobi, Gaby and the crew know how to welcome guests and how to make a stay unforgetable. The warmth like being at home and the comfort (incl. tasty breakfast, laundry service and a full fridge) like being in a hotel. A absolute recommendation. And nice add-on: they’ve very cute animals. For us as big animal lovers that was a big pré, but for anybody who’s not a big fan of animals: no worries, because they only ask your attention when you request it. If not, you won’t be bothered by the fact they live there as well.
