Facilities is not as per advertise, swimming pool cannot be used and very dirty. Water pressure very low and toilet unable to flush. No water dispenser provided except at common area. The location was fantastic. Right opposite the KTM station and many eateries nearby. The staff were also very friendly. The breakfast buffet was ok too.
