The overall experience was great for our family. The hotel is in middle of the island right next to the jetty. The room was spaious and facilities were good enough. The hotel also provided bonuses as snorkeling equipment, etc.

The accommodation itself is great and clean, it has everything you need. The hotel environment is very pleasant with a garden - i loved it. Dhangethi island has lots of beautiful places that are a short walk from accommodation. My favorite guest house in the Maldives so far. Really great people. The island so far had been the one with the friendliest locals. The guesthouse is very clean and the hosts do everything to ensure you are happy and comfortable. Any problems are resolved immediately. There’s a beautiful little garden where you have breakfast. The breakfast are varied and tea and coffee is available all day. I’m very glad I chose to stay here and would happily do so again. Shamin is very responsive to questions regarding booking transfer excursions etc. the location is ideal. Just a few mins to in the bikini beach in one direction and to the restaurants in the other.

The staff was exceptionally polite and went out of their way to help and make me feel comfortable from the get go. Diwaker, the senior manager was superb at handling all my requests, from transfers to coordination, always with a smile! I would definitely recommend his lovely assistance. The chef Ajit, made me amazing breakfast before my dives at 6 am and Mr. Kamal was always the first to welcome me every morning and dropped me to my boat, Kamal was extremely polite, always smiling and eager to help. The staff is the best thing about Ari Grand.

Since I’m not a very confident swimmer, I greatly appreciated the house reef which was just a few meters from the seashore. I was provided with a free life vest which made snorkeling much easier. It was also fascinating to see so many baby sharks just swimming by your feet at the seashore… the sand is powdery white and very fine (but not the sand in the sea, which is already pebbly)… food is great … the room is spacious and clean; the bed and pillows are very comfortable… I love the open air bathroom
