The resort is beautiful and big. The beach is wonderful, the stuff is very polite and friendly. We celebrated our honeymoon so they put in our room white sparkling wine and fruits, and invited us for a dinner in one of the resort’s restaurants - was great! Also, once a week the management of the hotel are doing a management cocktail gathering and they pick a few hotel’s guests to come and to say pros and cons about the hotel, it was nice. Very big dining room with lots of options. Lots of pools in the resort.

Pools, aesthetically beautiful outdoor setup , drying rack, rooms, bakery corner, Beach. I ‘ve had an amazing stay . The experience was beautiful.

The water views from the room and restaurant were lovely. The buffet is okay but nothing special.

The staff were par excellence! Nothing was too much trouble. It may not be 4 Star but it felt like 5 star treatment !

comfy beds, nice beach, perfect massage. It was pleasure to have very early breakfast before flight and it was served perfect. Water bottles in the room. Pleasant personal, sometimes too slow ( in the restaurant), but its ok:)

The only positive point was the personnel, ptherwise the rest was very disappointing.

Our first trip to Lux Belle Mare was supposed to be a one-off. After 3 consecutive Easters there we can’t rave about it enough. It ticks all the obvious boxes - amazing pool/beautiful beach/excellent food and cocktails - list goes on. But it’s the staff that make this hotel next-level. I asked my 6yr old what his favourite thing about Luxl is, he said ‘it’s as if everyone knows me’. And that’s exactly it. From personal touches like remembering my 2yr olds favourite ice cream to taking a moment to greet my kids, the Belle Mare has a special way of making guests feel at home. Thank you Nitin, Vinns, Vijay, Bhawoo, Abi, Vishal for ensuring I was never without a Bellini. Although I fear that my kids will never be happy with retailer juice again after your rainbow mocktails. Yuv, Kris, our over attendance at Beach Rouge says everything you need to know about our experience. Chris, Satish, pool time wouldn't be the same without you. Roopesh, what can I say, you and your lovely team at Amari made our date nights extra special, you'd better still be serving lemongrass prawns and pashwari naan with that insanely good cocktail next year...thank you. Elvis, thank you for taking time to hang with us, so special as always, you run an awesome ship! A special mention to all our friends at reception, I’ve lost the piece of paper where I wrote down your name spellings - but you know who you are - Fox’s surprise gift was so special, made leaving a tiny bit more bearable. If you can’t resist pearls and shells on the beach, Hendrick not only has a beautiful selection, but a wonderful business story too. Finally, thank you Maria and kids club. This is a resort where parents and kids BOTH get to relax. What more could we ask for?
