The young white lady at the reception need to be more professional, and know how to treat customers better, I was not satisfied at all with the way she check me in, she makes me feel very unwelcome and she was not smiling at all and sounds a bit aggressive

At the highest floor where I stayed, cost was a bit higher but the room was nice and spacious, balcony as well and the view amazing. Breakfast was decent but not surprisingly good.
