The young white lady at the reception need to be more professional, and know how to treat customers better, I was not satisfied at all with the way she check me in, she makes me feel very unwelcome and she was not smiling at all and sounds a bit aggressive

The hotel was very nice. A 11 story building with many restaurants and cafeterias, bars, a spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, kids club, gym, waterslides and kids pools, amazing views of the bay. The food at the hotel was also very good. Excellent service and variety at both the buffets and the a la carte menus. Everyone was very friendly and polite and made us feel welcome. Clean room and clean facilities. Very pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend it and revisit in the future.
