Great location with beautiful views of the lake and mountains from the balcony. I'd suggest having a car to get around as there are no footpaths in the whole area as it's just a long winding road around the lake. Friendly host who was helpful whenever needed. Good price clean throughout with a small kitchenette with a sink, full cooker/oven with utensils for cooking and a kettle for hot drinks.

Fantastic location and truly picturesque, what a breathtaking view. Upon arrival the host was extremely helpful and supportive and provided a speedy check in/ checkout. It is really good value for money. The location provided is not correct, but owner instantly sends it after booking. The owner is kind and helpful, I asked for hairdryer and she provided it straight away. Venue is bit further in woods, but it gives residential feel and you are hidden from noise and crowd. Really good for couples. Morinj Beach is near, but if you like privacy as I do, I'd suggest ponts near Cafe Bar Ponta Morinj. Overall, really good stay.

Comfortable, clean room. We stayed in the main building but there are 3 or 4 annexes dotted around Perast. They have golf buggies to get your luggage to these if need be. Parking is nearby (we didn’t use it) and the golf buggies are also used to pick you up from your car I believe. Amazing breakfast. Location excellent and waterfront dining was fantastic. Wait staff excellent.

The hotel is excellent! Amazing customer service all the way, from the first contact until the departure. Beautiful view to the bay and very easy access by car. The restaurant by the bay (in front of the hotel) has the same top service with great food and service. Mom was extremely spoiled, thanks in special to Barbara at the reception and Nicola at the restaurant. Shame we didn’t have much time to enjoy the spa, but for the little time I spent, the facilities were great too!!
