The resort is quite new and located right on the beach. Conveniently, there is a walking path that runs for some kilometers along the beach. The resort is well designed with a contemporary style and excellent facilities. Our room was large and very comfortable, with a great view from the balcony to the pool area and sea. The pool area is excellent - with several pools, plenty of sun lounges, and helpful staff. The spa is great and the hamman was excellent. For a few days of R&R, this is a great hotel. Also good for families.

Want to go surfing in Morocco?

Want to go surfing in Morocco? You need to visit Taghazout Surf Village! A village on the coast of Morocco, not too far from Adagir. Taghazout is well-known for its surfing and its chilled-out hippy vibe but you don’t have to surf or be a pro surfer to enjoy Taghazout! I’m not and I loved it!

The wheather is ideal, and the beaches wonderful ! The vibe of Taghazout is just so peaceful, it's like the Mocorran Bali... Also, we went on an adventure not far from there, to watch the sunset and surf on the sand dunes. It was just magical ! We also had the chance to make a campfire, the kids were so happy ! And last bu not least... you HAVE to taste the famous bananas ;)

This was a great warm place to visit In December.

This was a great warm place to visit In December. We were there only three nights, but found plenty to do especially trying out surfing with the dive school Snoopy who had a premises very close by up the road next to the Red cafe which was next to the Teapot cafe. We ate at the Teapot 2 or 3 times, it was excellent especially the chia and mango parfait, and avocado on soda bread. Lively town with loads of young laid back cool surfers and met only friendly people. We also enjoyed Windy Bay and World of Wave restaurants overlooking the main beach. The water was rough though but exciting to paddle in, and concerns for so many wild cats and dogs, and many gorgeous puppies roaming around. Also don’t expect clean beaches or well made roads and paths, but if you overlook that, you may find it as charming as we did.

A great place for surf and chill.

A great place for surf and chill. Panorama is a good spot for beginners to intermediate and Anchor Point is where it happens if you're more advanced (and not scared of rocks and impose yourself in the line-up), there is also Banana Point and Devil's Rock down south within a 10 minutes taxi ride and Mysteries, Killer's Point and PK25 on the north to visit. Taghazout itself got a bit touristic these last years (I mean you can now get Acaï bowl and there is a bunch of fancy coworking spaces to sleep and work) but it's still great to stay and there is a lot of option for food and activities. You'll also meet a lot of people from all around the world (mostly surfers obviously). The sunset from the Skate park on top of the hill is also a must see and you can rent a skateboard in town. If you want a more authentic atmosphere you can go to Imsouane which is a bit more remote, but Taghazout is still a very nice place to stay for a week or two.

Lovely hotel with great views overlooking the beach and ocean. Clean and spacious rooms, lovely pool and spa facilities that were not overly expensive. Great selection of excellent food and they were even able to cater for my wheat intolerance (gluten free). The staff were friendly, particularly the reception staff offering lots of information about local facilities and trips.

Super lovely environment and friendly staff. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful - they really made us feel at home. They sorted a taxi from Agadir to Taghazout, plus went above and beyond by helping us to print our boarding passes before we checked out. There’s a beautiful terrace with a stunning ocean view and clean rooms. It was a 1 minute walk to the main strip and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Will definitely stay at Taghazout Ocean View on our next visit! Thanks guys :)

Muhammed, the owner, is a great host. He will make sure you have a great experience at Onda Surf. Always checking on his guests and giving them great tips to get the best out of their journey in Taghazout area. I was invited to a Royal Couscous made at home. The location is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and to the beach. I liked the view from the rooftop!! One of the best in all Taghazout. Thank you for everything Muhammed, and keep it up! See you again.

The staff and location are the biggest assets. They'll do all what's in their power to make your stay comfortable. They're every hotel manager's dream team. Wish I could list everyone's name, they're highly professional and kind. The location is exceptional, only 10 min walk from the village through the coastal promenade, with direct access to the beach and an amazing sunset watchpoint. The facilities are clean and well maintained, top-notch service and place.

It's a brilliant one bedroom apartment right on the beach, the sunsets are truly memorable. The village is totally safe and bustling in the evenings. If you want to drink alcohol at you'll need to head to Agadir, there are plenty of place to buy wine, sprits and beer. In Taghazout itself World of Waves sell wine and Beer, you can sit on their terrace for a sundowner. Other hotels also sell a alcohol, but no local shops.

The photos don’t do this hotel justice. We had one of best family holidays here. First time in Taghazout and loved it. The hotel staff were all so friendly, the food on offer was varied and good, the pool area was great, the gym was good and we loved the fact that we could surf & boogie board in front of the hotel and being able to walk into Taghazout was a bonus! We really hope to return.

Great stay, calm, peaceful and spotless. A luxury hotel with a hint of wildlife. The kids enjoyed the pool as well as we did. The staff is helpful, kind and you don't notice them giving the great work they do to keep up the place. The bonfire at the night is a great place to rewind after a long sunny day between enjoying surfing the ocean and relaxing at the pool.

The design of the pools was unique. the beach and boardwalk were easily accessible and incredibly clean. The pools were also very clean especially given the amount of wind the day we were there.
