The owner, Mr Lofti! He was very welcoming and even arranged a small sightseeing. Very attentive and informative. Take your breakfast on the rooftop - the view from the rooftop is certainly one of the best in the city. The breakfast was very nice and generous with local specialities in addition to the normal big Moroccan breakfast. The hotel has a great location in the middle of the Medina, but don't try to find it on your own - go to a cafe and call Me Lofti; he will come and show you the way.

exceptional stay! The hotel matched the description perfectly, the location was ideal, and the staff, especially Soufian, was extraordinarily accommodating. Soufian stood out with his ability to anticipate our desires, making our stay unforgettable. His hospitality revealed the true beauty of the hotel and Oujda. Soufian even metaphorically turned water into wine, making dreams come true. I almost every night dream of that magical time by the pool, where Soufian seemed to walk on water. An experience that exceeded expectations and touched hearts. Soufian, we love you!

An unpretentious, non-touristy town a few miles from the coast. Large enough to have bars and restaurants. although some of the bars looked a bit seedy. Interesting fortified souk. Friendly people. Worth a day's visit.
"From the moment I stepped into this hotel, I was blown away by the impeccable service and attention to detail. The ambiance was delightful, creating a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere throughout my stay. The room was very clean and comfortable during my stay. Although I only stayed for 1 night I'll surely return next time I'm in Oujda. The beds were comfortable and the toilets were clean. Very friendly staff that helped us so much. WiFi is very fast too, and the best thing is its location, the hotel is located in the center of the city and everything you need is right next to you.
Everything! A big thank you to the exceptional staff (they are all very friendly and professional but Abdelali, Mohamad and Abderahim deserves an extra mentioning). I travelled from UK and the hotel environment is truly relaxing. Hotel location and free parking is convenient. A swimming pool alongside café is a great place to enjoy your time.
being in different countries around the word, including some famous hotels. my family experience with the Atlas Terminus & Spa hotel was one of the best : staff always smiling, trying to help, very professional. keep it like this
thank you for upgrading our stay to 2 ambassadors suites in place of the 2 originally booked rooms.
Naser Mohamed hotel manager and all staff superb amazing. I was first British Pakistani visiting that hotel. But they have respected me so much. All they care is services and to make your holidays good. Always asking for free juices and water. Many thanks to Naser Mohamed and your team. So much love from Hamza (UK).
The owner of this magnificent place is one of the best persons we met in Morocco. He went way beyond our expectations and helped us as much as he could. I really recommend visiting Oujda and getting to know Eastern Morocco. Dar Al Fassia is the best guesthouse you could dream of!
Nice and clean appartment, with a great host ! The appartment has all the facilities you need and the city center close by. Really enjoyed our stay here and can recommend this place if you want a hospitable and good place to stay while visiting Oujda :)
Everything was very nice in the hotel. We came for business purposes and everything was above our expectations. Especially the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Many thanks to Fatima, Mahdi, Amal, and Hamza.
For a 3 star hotel, this was great and value for money. Exceptional customer service and all staff spoke English pretty well. We had no issues with our stay.
The hospitality was amazing, they helped us find a new hotel for a good price because we didn't book a second night and they had no room, so nice of them!
