Gammaduwa Bungalow is an absolute heaven and one of the highlights from our stay in Sri Lanka. The bungalow is situated in the most beautiful surroundings and the resident dog, cats and stacked library means you'll have a brilliant stay. Although the staff could not speak English very well, they were very friendly and willing to help us. We could order dinner and breakfast (at 5.15 AM) at the accommodation which was very nice and cheap. We arranged safari trip via the accommodation which was a great experience! The staff (with the owner as translator per phone) helped us in catching a bus to Kandy. Also there is a shop next to the accommodation to buy drinks and snacks.
