Location was secure and great, with access to shops, groceries, tuk-tuks, public transport and close to the Capital - Colombo. The Bathrooms were well equipped with hot/ cold water and new shower cubicles. Overall the medium sized rooms were quite pleasant to stay with serviced Air Cons and Balcony. The Kitchen was also well equipped with Gas Cook top, Microwave Oven, Fridge, Cutlery and host of other kitchen aids.

From the neat & tidy comfortable premises to the absolute in hospitality by the in-house host Mr Mohan Lal, it was a marvellous stay, being my first visit to Sri Lanka. Can't say enough of the most delicous homemade organic breakfasts, guidance to many tourist spots & social venues.
Very highly recommended for those who seek a homely, highly affordable alternative to hotels, motels that simply cannot offer this level of highly personal care for visitors. Definitely 10/10.

Aunty Shiranthi was very helpful with everything and was very kind. Worth for the amount paid and can have foods according to our need. No distractions or disturbing sounds. There was a shared bathroom and it was clean and Aunty Shiranthi was checking and cleaning them every couple hrs.

The property was nice as we got it at a doscount. At the original price it would not be a good value for money. The rooftop is cool and has a nice view, staff is super nice and the food at the restaurant is very good, although somewhat pricy.

This 3-Level Apartment has 3 Bed Rooms and is located in a secure and convenient location in Rajagiriya, Sri Lanka. The Hosts were quite friendly and responsive to your needs. The accommodation is well-equipped for a long-term stay as well. All Appliances and Equipment were in working order. The Washing Machine helped me to travel with less clothes. The Accommodation had a separate entrance with access to the Electric Roller Door. The 3rd Level had the Laundry with access to a Roof Top terrace where clothes could be dried and having a 360 degree view of the surroundings incl. high rise buildings in Colombo.
