Staff were lovely and very helpful, particularly Ayesha who looked after us so well during our stay. She was a pleasure at breakfast and dinner each day. Hotel grounds are stunning particularly the gardens, rooftop bar and the pool. The setting of the hotel within the mountains is beautiful and the views can be enjoyed in the dining room and throughout the resort. We got treatments in the spa and would highly recommend. The therapist was great. Also thanks to Moses who looked after us at check-in. Room was spacious for 3 people.

Baradhi was such a warm and helpful host, considering that he has just joined the property. He helped to organise a delicious Sri Lankan breakfast for us and booked tuk tuks to get into Nuwara Eliya town.
