They were very prompt in coming to pick me up from the airport. It just took 15 minutes after I called and informed my arrival. The room fit the expectations of a transit stay. Very clean and comfortable air-conditioned rooms. We stayed here overnight while transiting briefly through Colombo, and it is located very close to the airport which is just what we needed. A free airport transfer was also a big help. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and provided us with a delicious breakfast before we checked out.
