The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the receptionist lady was amazing. She went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ella. I have stayed at dozen of hotels in Srilanka. This was on the top of the list of best stays ever and its because of this receptionist she just was somthing which cant be discribed from words. She has got such a pleasent and polite conversation. The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Good rooms (there was even a tv). Also, they are one of few hotels that allow people under 21 to book a reservation. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ella,

Very Professional and well run establishment. Stunning views. Local bars and restaurants excellent and just around the corner. Could not fault this place. Good a la carte breakfasts, lunches and cocktails. Sorry never got a change to try dinner, too many tempting other establishments up the road.

Hotel was located in very green area, surrounded by nature, beautiful place. Very tasty breakfast ( fruits, coffee, tea, fresh juice, all kinds of eggs, bread, sweets, marmalade) was served next to the garden, in very relaxing, calm area. Rooms were clean, super view, modest but nicely decorated. Staff was super friendly, helpful, smiled, always supportive with transfer for good price and all other needs and requirement. We highly recommend the hotel.

The manager I guess he is the owner of the property he ruined our trip. Pls don’t book in this property. Actually it’s not a hotel it’s a guest house or home stay. We reached the place around 6:15 pm, when we entered into the hotel the owner shouted at us for coming late because all his male staff’s will leave by 6pm so he ask us to carry the luggage me and my driver carry all our luggage’s the car been parked in the downstairs and the path is so steep. And he keep on talking till 8pm. We all exhausted by the time. He was keep on shouting at me that I have to reply his mails, I booked most of the hotels through booking.com none of them send me a mail. He is the only arrogant fellow asking why I dnt reply. I came for trip not to reply for his mail’s. I gave all my card details through booking.com no idea what’s his problem. It’s a nightmare staying in that property.
