My husband and I stayed at The Urban for one week and absolutely loved it! The room was just what we needed, clean, comfy bed, mini fridge, great ac, hot water and quiet.
The onsite pool and spa were lovely and convenient and the free tea in the afternoons was a great bonus. The location was steps from the market and best restaurants in siem reap, while being just far enough to be out of the noise.
The best part of our stay was the amazing staff who went above and beyond for us! Bringing us countless room service orders, giving us cold towels upon arrival, making us tea whenever, taking care of our laundry (same day), always greeting us with a smile. A huge thank you to Terry, Lily, Ty, and the entire front desk/ restaurant staff for everything - you are all so great at what you do.
The Urban is the best value in Siem Reap- we highly recommend!!

The staff here are absolutely wonderful, their hospitality heartwarming. The hotel has a wonderful feel of a bygone era. The pool setting and dining area, surrounded by lush greenery, transforms you away from frenetic activity of the world outside. The rooms have a rustic homely feel, and in the heat of summer, the air conditioning was a nice respite when we returned from our excursions. Another stand out was how the staff managed to organise everything we needed in a seamless fashion, from pickup and drop off to the airport, which is now miles away from the city centre, to organising tours and providing us with an amazing tour guide. One of the best places we have stayed in. The staff are definitely the major standout for this Hotel.

Very decent facilities for its price, and comes with a nice restaurant with affordable drinks and dining options. Service was very attentive, even with occasional lapse in English - I really appreciated their promptness in responding to our key situation and luggage carrying. We really appreciate the tour and transportation options they have - we booked a transfer to Phnom Penh at very affordable price and great service.

The hotel staff is outstanding. Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was really good and had a good variety of things to eat. I had a large room that was kept clean. Efficient laundry service when needed.
