The staff were very friendly (including the kitchen staff). There was a small menu available for food during the day and the food was very nice. The location was excellent, just across from the Roman Theatre and close to the Citadel. There are coffee shops and cafes very close to the hotel. We asked for a quiet room which was good as the road in front of the hotel can be busy (and therefore noisy). The room was cleaned each day and tea/coffee/water/juice was available free of charge from the reception area all day. The breakfast options were small in number but nice. The shower was a good size and toiletries were provided.

Location is good as you can walk to Rainbow street which is about 10mins. Great restaurant and bars. Spa was lovely...warm indoor pool with ladies and mens separate jacuzzi with steam and sauna facilities included in the price of the room. Hotel also provides free shuttle service to The Boulevard which is right outside the shopping mall from 4pm onwards.

The closed rooftop pool of Regency Palace offers 360-degree views over Amman. The hotel is centrally located close to the business district of Shmeisani.

Location was ideal for us. quiet area but close to everything we needed. we used the hotel simply as a base and was very impressed, room was spacious with size and amenities. it was clean and sanitary. Hotel looks like it offers a lot and is very well equipped but we did not use the services.
