A not very large room crammed with a double bed and a tiny bathroom in a typical Toscana seaside resort. The hosts were kind, the parking lot was spacious.

With the code and a detailed description that we received via WhatsApp beforehand, we were able to carry out a very simple self-check-in. The B&B has 4 rooms that were very neat and clean. Each room has its own bathroom, which is very modern and freshly renovated.
The B&B is in a good location. It is not far from the beach about 3 km, from Pisa 17 km and the town in general has a very family-friendly and beautiful Italian charm where you can also eat well.
The hosts of the B&B were very friendly and gave us valuable tips for traveling.
In the evening or during the day you could enjoy the Italian atmosphere in the beautiful garden and end the day beautifully.
You should definitely book breakfast, it was the most extraordinary breakfast we have ever had. We were able to enjoy the delicious food in the beautiful garden, even when it rained, there was the option of going to the cute little house where the small buffet was. For breakfast, the hosts offered, among other things, homemade jam from their own orange trees, which they also sell and which makes a good souvenir for family and friends.
We thank you for your hospitality and recommend the B&B to everyone!

The Torre del Lago Puccini is a small quiet town near more famous place called Viareggio. We have visited some beaches here, they are ok, but the sea is not so clean - in the September. But the beaches were with sand, perfect for small kids.

Enjoyed visit to Puccini’s home by the lake now a museum...
Enjoyed visit to Puccini’s home by the lake now a museum where the family are buried. We had drinks & a picnic by the beautiful lake watching the sun go down. Then attended the Puccini open air concert with wonderful scenery and amazing singing without microphones. Everyone dresses for the occasion and the show was wonderful. Travelling was easy going by bus, and afterwards we had a lovely walk back about 1am (40min) passing the queue of traffic & feeling very safe. There were also boat trips available round the lake but we did not try them.
Having read some poor reviews beforehand in our case there were no issues with anything. The show ran on time, 3 intervals with drinks, ice creams & toilets easily available. Perfect weather but would recommend mosquito spray and a shawl just in case.

Cute little city surrounded by ocean lake beach and mountain...
Cute little city surrounded by ocean lake beach and mountain.....ideal for being lazy and relaxing...with kids mainly on the beach....and for opera lovers the Puccini festival is a must ...takingv place in a nice open air theatre directly at the lago puccini...though getting away with public transport is impossible....just expensive bus rip offs..as well as taxis for 30euroes to drive 2km......but a kind amazing owner of the restaurant next to it gave us a ride back....for our next stay we would organize some bikes as everyone uses one....the older ones we have ever seen...but ideal to get around...

The location of the Camping is very good. One is very quickly at the beach with bikes. And you can rent bikes from the Camping itself.
We loved our Mini-Bungalow, and had almost everything we needed there... you can rent towels and theres a Mini market on the grounds, you get pans and stuff, to prepare meals in the bungalow kitchen... it was really nice.
With bikes you can go to the near village or shop in Torre del Lago Puccini itself, and with a car you are close to some lovely cities as Lucca or Pisa.
This place has everything you need to spend a relaxing vacation with a family. Beautiful nature around you, the sea and the beach is also nearby for the once that will appreciate a nice walk or you can take a small funny train from the campaign that will take you straight to the beach in Torre del Lago Puccini. We enjoyed a swimming pool as well! Thank you for having us and we will surely be back!
Fully equipped bungalow approx. 2 km from the beach, nice and forthcoming host. Located in the residental area not far from sea, but quite in a walking distance. Good air conditioning and comfy beds. Parking on site. Full satisfaction for a fair price. Highly recommended.
the location was excellent to walk to the teatro. the staff was extremely helpful upon arrival, departure and for breakfast. simple boutique, somewhat Bohemian, hotel in a beautiful setting along the sea and the mountains in the distance.
Staff were friendly and the chalet was pretty comfortable.
Regular minibus to the beach (around every 15 mins) if you wanted it.
If you have car - just 30 mins from Lucca (incredible place) and Pisa.
The hotel is nice and clean unfortunately they try to hard on few things I think the breakfast is not very good as far variety and also they need to be more specific on parking options
Great location, train station close by as well as being a 25 minute walk the beach. Some lovely shops and restaurants around too. We all throughly enjoyed ourselves :)
