It’s more than a room, rather like a small apartment with all necessary amenities (bathroom, fully equipped kitchen). Great for a night or for a longer stay. Room was exceptionally clean and smelled very nicely. Self check-in was very easy, parking was convenient. Hosts left us a personal letter with all necessary information. Samples of great hair cosmetics was a nice final touch.

Everything was perfect!! Could not recommend more. Location, rooms, breakfast, everything was incredible. The owner was so lovely, our flight was really early in the morning. She woke up especially for us to make us coffee & give us a goodie bag.

Grazia and Oscar are the perfect hosts, we shared so many laughs, unbelievably good Tuscan food and greatly enjoyed our chats. We loved being around the cats, Emy the dog and Spin the horse too. The gardens were incredibly beautiful and the farmhouse has been lovingly and authentically restored. It was perfect. We can't thank Grazia and Oscar enough... an unforgettable experience staying with them. I wish we could stay every year.

It is very central within Sinalunga, with a beatiful Piazza just on the door. The host left a book with several tips to restaurants and short trips. Sinalunga is about 30 minutes or less from several intersting places in Toscany, such as Siena, Cortona, Montepulciano and Pienza. There are free parking spots close to the apartment. Definately would come back to La Piazza.
