Excellent location and services for catching a flight out of Linate or when needing a bed on flying into Linate before continuing the journey. The rooms are excellent with very comfortable bed and with useful bathroom amenities. The food and wine in the restaurant were very good. The whole hotel staff from front desk, bar, restaurant and shuttle bus were all very friendly and helpful as well as being very courteous and professional.

The mist horrible and dangerous looking place.
The mist horrible and dangerous looking place. We never gained entrance as there was nobody to let us in. We went there twice but still no one to let us in. We had to look for alternative Accomodation but we couldn’t get one until about 2am as everywhere were fully booked. The worst experience of our lives.

It was close to Linate airport.
It was close to Linate airport. Had shuttle service to/from the hotel. The charge from hotel back to the airport was 3 Euros per person and was there within 10 minutes. However, they are very strict about the 2PM check-in time and will not offer an early check-in would have been nice after arriving in the morning after flight from the US. I knew that when messaging the hotel before we left the US, but hoped a room might be available. The front desk was helpful for us to get to the Milan train station the next morning.

As far as I can tell, the primary reason for going to Segrate is to reach Linate airport. That may be unfair, but that is the only reason I went there. We had spent a few days in Milan before a trip to other places in northern Italy; but this stop was merely to get us to the airport on time for our trip home.

Overall I found the best western a good hotel option for flight convenience. Front desk staff were excellent but felt it was a shame about the restaurant as it was a let down especially as I had read mostly good reviews so was quite a disappointment as we hadn’t had a chance to eat before we arrived.

This is not a big city, so don't expect too much.
This is not a big city, so don't expect too much.
The biggest downside is the lack of numerous restaurants and supermarkets and this is what we put in the first place but unfortunately it wasn't too much.
The place is verry accessible in milan it took 30 to 25 mints in the center and the buss stop is just 7mints walk from the place and beside of the hotel have a pizza resto bar its cool anyway if you want to chill or either want to eat. The place is clean and thestaff is accommodating and easy to communicate with him specially we are asian but luckily most of the people in milan they speak english
Over all its a nice place and always clean specially the room and toilet
Very good location as you can walk from Linate airport to the hotel (slightly more than 10 minutes walk but be aware that you will have to cross a very busy road), otherwise there is a shuttle service available upon call for the price of 3 Euros.
Modern rooms.
I would suggest this hotel for early departures or late arrival at Linate airport.
I will probably use this hotel again whenever I will need to stay close to Linate.
Parking is in front of entrance, and in addition at the back of the hotel. Access to rooms is easy, rooms are sufficiently sized. Breakfast is ok when one is there early. Be aware that the juices are CONENTRATED and need to be diluted with the water on that automat.
The staff was very friendly and supported us when we forgot some clothes in the room when checking out.
A bus stop is right in front of the hotel.
The room was big, the bed was really soft and comfortable that I really wanted to spend the whole day lying on it, there was a nice bathtub in our bathroom and the view was amazing. The staff was really friendly and always ready to help anytime. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who would like or need to visit Segrate.
i like the whole thing of the property. i am so glad that I choose this Residenza Segrate. it was perfect to stay here and it is close to the airport. the rooms are big and it is complete, all you need is there, the bathroom, kitchen and also kitchen wares. and surprisingly my room has a terrace that I didn’t expected.
Super elegant, spacious and well furnished toiletries. Dedicated car porch with direct access to the hotel room. Super quiet and basically five minutes drive from the Milano Linate airport. A cost effective shuttle service. I did not take breakfast but i did enjoy a complementary cappucino. All fantastic.
Hotel was very clean, and the interior design was on the cool side. We liked it very much. The bed was very compy, the room could be a little bit bigger though. Other than that everything was perfect. Highly recommended, especially if you are travelling from Linate Airport which is 5 minutes walk distance.
Loved this hotel. Beds very comfy and fabulous large shower. The hotel restaurant was amazing and the breakfast was just what we were looking for. 10 minute walk to linate airport where a metro will take you to the centre of Milan.
It is rather close to Hospital San Raffaele.
On my way to the hospital I can stop a grocery store on the way
The bus stop is close to the hotel
The restaurant at the ground floor was a good choice for me
The lake is nice
Very close to Linate Airport, good accommodation in case you have some time to spend in Milano, just 40min away from the Dome by bus. There is also a shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport at no price.
The hotel is very close to the airport, and have very flexible shuttle services. They even dropped and picked me up from the metro station when I wanted to go to city centre. Very generous service.
Great location,10minutes walk to the airport which is a big plus for early flights and the hotel itself was nice and the staff ,specially the night shift were super nice.
Convenient for Linate airport, street parking was very easy to find next to the hotel, staff member waited for us to arrive late at night which was very nice
