The hotel was as described, the area - very nice, the staff was polite and attentive, the room was clean and spacious (huge terrace/balcony). Parking right in front of the building, was staying with a dog and the hotel is pet friendly which was basically the decision making factor.

Beautifully set high above the valley with marvellous views of the surrounding mountains. very nicely decorated, and large, comfortable rooms. The meals were excellent, as you would expect from a 2-star restaurant, making good use of locally sourced ingredients, Owners and staff were all very friendly and helpful, including with accommodating the two toddlers in our party.

Very friendly family operated Gasthof ! Home cooked meal was great. Breakfast is simple, but sufficient and tasty. Rooms very very clean and whole place is clearly kept tidy in general. Matrass and pillow are tough to rate as it’s so personal. For me it wasn't the most comfortable but my wife slept like a baby. Bathroom clean and good shower. Soap is present but no shampoo. Which for us is no problem as we always bring our own. Ample parking spaces available free of charge. Owner suggested to park my motorcycle in their garage which was a great detail ! Location is excellent especially if you are either on tour to Penser Joch pass or Bolzano city.
