We liked literally everything in this wonderful house. That was exceptional staying and me and my gf agreed that that was the best accommodation we ever lived. There is plenty of space and everything needed to have a good rest. It's very calm there and the nature is very beautiful outside. The hosts are very good and hospitable people. We'd definitely return to spend more time in this house.

There was an excellent breakfast every morning with freshly baked bread, homemade jam and freshly squeezed juice in a breakfast basket. Every morning we also got great tips for excursions from Matijs and Gigi. The accommodation is located in beautiful countryside, everything is very clean and the apartment is comfortably furnished. The wifi was very good, even at the pool.

Like the hosts call it: it's a small paradise. Far away from any form of civilization, very calm place with almost clichee like views of the umbrian countryside an the beautiful sunsets, nevertheless very good internet everywhere. The pool is beautiful, kept in great condition, the Villa is comfortable and the interiors are a good compromise between elegance, functionality and italian tradition. Of course it wouldn't be such a great place without the hosts. Gigi and Mathijs do their best to make your stay an exceptional experience and they succeed at any given time in doing so.

A truly romantic place for adventurers! Accessing the castle on the steep path is worth the quest. From the breathtaking views to the comfortable rooms, it is a great way to get out of the everyday rat race. As we could not go hiking in the surrounding hills because of the wet spring weather, we will definitely come back again.

We absolutely loved the place and location, the look and feel of a typical agro-touristic Umbrian-Italian farmhouse, the very welcoming host, the spacious and absolutely clean suite, the pleasant views from the rooms, the welcoming wood-fired chimney in the foyer (it was very cold outside), and the quietness due to its remoteness guaranteeing lovely nights of sleep.
Breakfast was basic and consisted of chocolate-filled rolls, excellent fruit juices, and truly delicious coffee (Segafredo). Various tea bags were on offer too.
