My room was cute with access to the lake terrace. I even had a bathtub and a multi jet shower. The bed for my personal taste could have been a little softer. Breakfast was simple and descent. Reception staff was amazing! What's important to know, is that you have limited access to the Hotel by car. The way there is very narrow and for smaller cars only at a certain time a day. It has car parks a little further away tho.

Beautiful location, room with lake view and large balcony terrace, comfortable and clean. Ate in restaurant two nights in a row, food very good, lovely setting and atmosphere and service excellent. Great hospitality at this hotel. Staff were personable and friendly and Alberto went out of his way to help us. We were very unfortunate with the weather as it rained when we were there but despite that we enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

The staff was terrific, the food was delicious, the lake wasn't overly touristy, and our large room was really nice. There is a sandy beach, a snack bar(with adult + beverages),an ice-cream cart, and water-based
activities.

Orta San Giulio is a little hidden gem in the North of Italy. I booked a bit by coincidence and I was very positively surprised. The old center is a very nice place to stroll around and the Piazza Motta is a great place to enjoy one of the terraces.

It is a lovey attractive lake with a very pretty island accessible by ferries from all sound the lakeside villages. San Giuliano is quite beautiful but is a victim of its success because it is difficult to access having to park some way out and walk and is of course very touristy. There are lots of narrow streets and boutiques and some super restaurants. A romantic place. The Venus restaurant was excellent right by the ferry port and the perfect setting for a cocktail and sumptuous meal.

Beautiful little town in the Italian lakes.
Beautiful little town in the Italian lakes. The town is perfect for a relaxed break. There is opportunity for watersports, restaurants and bars as well as swimming in the lake and hiking in the hills and mountains nearby.
You cannot park in the centre of town, so be aware that you will need to walk luggage down to your hotel if you are staying in the centre. We got the train in from Milan, which was very easy and a much cheaper option.

I enjoyed walking around the lake, it was very relaxing.
I enjoyed walking around the lake, it was very relaxing. The lake water was clean and clear with some ducks always swimming on the lake.
The boat ride from Orta San Giulio to Isola San Giulio was short, but there is no social distancing in the boat (I would have avoided it next time).
Sacro Monte di Orta is a must-go, if you enjoy some walking on natural path and also seeing some chapels. Magnificient view from the top to see Isola San Giulio.

Central location, overlooking the square. Underground parking nearby (€20 per day), under ten minutes walk from the hotel. Fabulous breakfast that caters well for all tastes. It included meats, cheese, vegetables, fresh fruit, cakes, yoghurt, freshly made coffee by the staff… you name it!
Eclectic decor, which was a creative mix of traditional & modern. Separate WC to shower. Spacious shower (in the bedroom, but with a glass screen). Comfy bed in spacious bedroom. Very helpful staff. Dog friendly (€10 per night).
We had a really great stay at Aracoelie hotel
Firstly, the staff was very friendly. We had an important phone call before check-in time, and Eliana was very kind and helpful and did everything in her power to make it possible.
Furthermore, the hotel is located very central at a cosy square. We stayed in a superior double room and the room was very nice, specious and clean (We loved the balcony!!!). Also the breakfast was delicious and extensive.
Thank you for the amazing night
The apartment has been beautifully remodeled to include the charm of the original build, but with a respectful, modern touch. The color choices, the lighting, and the appliances all were very well thought out. The beds were extremely comfortable. The apartment is just above the local square, with a wonderful view of Isola San Giulio. The doors leading out to the balcony offer enough sound proofing that the activity on the square in the mornings was not bothersome.
The location is perfect, in the historic center of Orta San Giulio, just steps to ferries, restaurants, cafes with a stunning view of Isla San Giulio. The apartment is quiet and fully equipped with all modern conveniences. We enjoyed cooking here. The hosts were friendly and exceedingly accommodating, even giving us a ride to the train station. We will return in summer to enjoy our own little deck for swimming in the lake.
Great central location in historic building. Beautiful residents lounge. Very quiet and comfortable. Park in the multistory and it’s a very short (and signed) walk to Via Monti. Best for one of you to stay with the luggage outside the property and the other one walk the additional 200m to the Hotel. The staff will come back with you with the keys. Much easier than it sounds!
This is the 4th time I have stayed here. I would only choose this hotel for an Orta San Giulio stay.
Everything about the hotel is top notch. You will not find a more charming, accommodating, lovely location with amazing views! Great breakfast! Owner will pick you up from the train station or meet you at the parking area to drive you to the hotel.
Grazie mille, Massimo!
Nothing went well. We were switched from our original booking due to mechanical problems at the site. Then sent to another Piccolo site (Saint Catherines. This was totally charmless and a at a car's ride to the city centre. The room was complete devoid of any charm. The was no hot water, the room was cold and there were no blankets. Very Un
Perfect location, right in the middle of the piazza and all the restaurants, bars and shops. Even better than the photos depicted. Stefano is an incredible host and provided very helpful instructions to arrive and also tips and suggestions during our stay. I highly recommend staying at OrtaFlats when in Orta San Giulio.
This hotel is breathtakingly beautiful! Feels like you're staying in your very own private castle. Stunning architecture, lavish rooms, a relaxing atmosphere, superb views of Lake Orta, convenient but secluded location, a world-class restaurant, delicious breakfast and faultless service from the staff!
Best place I have ever stayed in my life. The location is absolutely amazing! Literally a few steps from the lake with private access. Even though the weather didn't help us at all it was worth it. The bathroom is elegant and spacious (very rare when it comes to Italy).
The location was excellent, sitting atop the lake with spectacular views of the island. The hotel staff was very friendly and the service for breakfast and dinner was quite attentive. The restaurant was especially good and the food was terrific.
the room was charming and clean, the location was great and the breakfast was satisfactory. he had dinner at the hotel and the food was excellent. the view of the restaurant (and the hotel in general) is great.
Hotel close to the river with a nice view. Good breakfast with fresh fruit, regional products and eggs made at the moment. Late check-in available with good communication.
Bedroom clean and comfortable.
Incredibly cosy apartments with breathtaking view, very friendly owner who is always ready to help. Thank you so much! The best place to stay in Orta san Giulio.

The location was amazing, but too near a traffic street. Big parking. The room was clean and full of light. I suggest this hotel for the rate quality/money.
