The room was clean, staff were polite and breakfast was ok. There's amble parking on site and a bus stop opposite the hotel to reach Venice. We walked to Mirano 's main square in 10/15 minutes which is quite lively with snack bars and restaurants. We didn't try the restaurant at the hotel as it's closed on Monday nights.

Nice central hotel in Mirano, with a very good restaurant and pizza place. Good service. The personnel are all very polite and welcoming. Room was well sized and comfortable.

What I like? Maybe that it existed at all. We had no other opiton there being on bike. We could store the bikes in the non-closed garage. We also could heat the room with the AC. There was a takeout pizza near by so we ate something warm for supper. There were over 200 TV channels in TV. We also asked for boiled water, so I would say the ladies did what they could. They were quite kind. I guess there is nothing we particulary liked there.

The farm has been professionally refurbished and is surounded by nature. The breakfast was served with a wide variety of home-baked cakes. The bus station is only 700 m away with direct buses to Venice (7E and 7DE). The bus ticket vending machine was not operating, thus you need a mobile phone to buy a ticket. Three very good restaurants are just left of the bus station, serving Italian, American and Japanese food.

everything was perfect . Especially the lady and gentleman who owned the house were excellent people. breakfast was very good. It was a clean and new house. A beautiful home environment with a garden where you can stay with family or friends.
