Breakfast and cooking facilities were brilliant, a massive help to be able to cook dinner in the evening too. Despite a language barrier everything was explained fantastically and all questions answered promptly. The location was near to a fantastic beach and woodland, brilliant in the evenings and well worth the walk from the station compared to a property in town

Carmen welcomed me very warmly, her English is excellent and she is such a caring, helpful and engaging young woman! Her accommodation is spacious and very quiet! Breakfast was delicious and she organised the best ever pistachio croissants! Spending quiet time on the veranda was wonderful with an awesome view!

The host was amazing! She ensured our every need was taken care of. She made pastries for breakfast, using fruit grown on the property! The location is beautiful, you can see all the way down the valley to the sea. The rooms were large and had every amenity provided. Everything was perfect. 10/10.
Autumn visit, but sea was warm enough for a paddle.
Autumn visit, but sea was warm enough for a paddle. Beach was a little dirty under the promenade, and the pebbled area shelved sharply into the sea, so not great for swimming, but a lovely prom to walk. Shops and bars were all close by. Friendly people. Enjoyed this stopover on the way South by train.

A very clean town with a long seafront walk and good beaches. Its worth taking a train to Catanzaro Citta station 10km away. An interesting old city on a hill with fantastic views down to Catanzaro Lido and beyond.
Beautiful new and super furnished hotel, very friendly staff at the reception, lots of space, spacious entrance area. Lots of parking and very clean and well-kept outdoor area.
very comfortable beds and large rooms and very large bathroom with a nice large shower, everything that is necessary is there, the air conditioning is super quiet and works perfectly, the rooms can be darkened very well and despite the proximity to the expressway you can hardly hear anything, very good Window.
Appeared new. Friendly, clean. The bed was very comfortable! On our drive around Southern Italy, we've been staying at B&Bs, which are wonderful, but since we couldn't find any in this area that matched our needs, we tried this hotel. Very satisfied with it and it was a nice change. Free parking on site was perfect.
We decided to pay the extra 10E for breakfast and were happy we did. Quick, easy, well presented, and a very nice selection of both savory and sweet foods
LVResidence Roccellata is exactly as others have written: very simple, very clean and very affordable! We had a bit of trouble walking to dinner - most of the restaurants we were looking for were closed - until we figured out that there was a very festive pizza and seafood restaurant right on the beach, only a couple blocks from the hotel.
This place is a classic (but modern) seaside hotel, fully staffed, with a great restaurant and superb breakfast. And it has its own (free, it seems) parking lot. And many thanks to Marika for helping us deal with some critical transportation (flying) issues. (I wonder: How long can such a great place survive? Try it!)
The rooms were great however, the internet did not work for half the hotel which was known for at least a week if not more per the front desk but yet had not been fixed and hotel did not have any other options to remedy the issue nor compelled to offer any type of alternate amenity (comp breakfast).
The hotel is wonderful. Our room overlooked the harbour...we had a nice little balcony & the room was very comfortable and the bed extremely comfortable. The breakfast is very generous with a good selection of foods on offer. The coffees are freshly made for you.
The hotel is very smart. The bedroom was very comfortable and well appointed. The breakfasts offer a wide choice of food.- excellent.
Thanks to receptionist Francisco and above all Luciano - friendly and helpful- l Forza Inter - COYG,!
Very welcoming hotel that had a very classic Italian feel to it. Big shout out to Marika at the desk for her help with arranging a trip to the small village of Borgia for me. Thanks to all who prepared breakfast including baristi.
We love this hotel. Rooms have been refurbished. Though we had a suite we will get a bigger one next time. Good position, beach across the road. Great meals, wonderful staff ready to do anything to help make your stay comfortable.
The breakfast is simple but it worth the money (6 euro) and the cappuccino is fantastic. The location is also perfect, close to many restaurant choices. The restaurant of the hotel is also excellent.
The hotel is amazing. We have travelled for many years round Calabria- this is one of the very best. Gorgeous room, delicious breakfast and really kind staff.
