Place is modern and pretty clean. That said it’s a bit tired now and is in need of some updating. Breakfast was pretty decent for 15 Euros. Easy train ride into Venice and this place is good if you are traveling out and want to be closer to the airport.

Location: If you would not insist on living in Venice islands, the location is very good. From the hotel you can easily go to the Venice islands by train, and there are just so many trains that you usually wait for 10-15 mins and there is one. Moreover, even it is close to the train station, it is still very cozy and safe nearby! - At least during our visit (in the middle of April). Facilities, staff, and so on: Worth the price! They are not extrordinary, but definitely satisfying for a 4-star hotel.

I would invest in this prpty if I could. Busy busy!! Very well mngd. Couldn’t be closer to stazione. Assoc ristorante not fancy not exp but excellante. Perfect base forVenezia proper and for cruise embarcation.
