Camere d'Aria has all the ingredients for an excellent stay in the Italian Alps: from the more than comfortable rooms and elaborate breakfast to its lovely location in the village of Locana, where we tasted the best gnocchi burro e salvia and pizza from gastronomia Laboroi (just around the corner). But the ingredient that elevates everything is Rosita. As our host she really outdid herself in making sure we had a great time. We had the most beautiful walk in the western part of Gran Paradiso (Colle del Nivolet) thanks to her excellent tips for discovering the area. She prepared the table for our take-away dinner from Laboroi, complete with a white tablecloth, candlelight and wine glasses. There was a mini croissant every morning for our one-year-old. She baked a delicious chocolate-pear pie on our last morning. Perfection is in the details and thanks to Rosita everything was just right. Grazie mille 💙

House is in village, so it was really nice and calm environment. Owner was polite, she left us keys, but later came to ask if we need something and if everything is ok. We stayed just one night, but enjoyed our stay. Kitchen is fully equipped and all necessary is there (almost everything, we stayed in 4 apartments on our trip and there nowhere were glasses for wine :) Italy and wine is as one :) ) I highly recommend

I was warmly welcomed and everything was shown to me. During the stay I had contact with the host and she provided me with some tips for hiking trails and places. The place was clean and specious, enough for 2-3 people, maybe 4. Close to Locana with shops and post office. Not far from Colle del Nivolet and on the boundaries of Gran Paradiso NP.
