We had connecting rooms so it was very spacious but I can say we would fit in only one. One of the bathrooms was spacious with bathtub and shower cabin p.e so very big and clean. Bed was very comfy. Coffee and water in room and tea and kettle nice touch.

Nice hotel located in the quiet area outside the Bologna. Room equipment was new and comfortable. Bed was really good. A/C was quiet. Parking was easy around the hotel.
Breakfast was amazing, the best we saw this year in Italy. I felt in love with the area of local specialities. I´ve never seen that before and I think it´s great idea. There is nice small relax area with chairs and flowers, great palce for driking tea.
I was surprised by profesional office chair in the room.

Good distance from Imola. Buzzing restaurant that was very busy with locals directly underneath rooms. Great food available, the mixed grill was beautiful. Buffet breakfast was good as well.
