It was last minute booking to stay over night in Ancona as we missed our ferry. It was horrible weather with thunder and lightning. So Ely "saved" us. We arrived late 22:00 and she met us with umbrella downstairs, showed everything and allowed to check out even 1 hour later. Nice , clean family friendly studio, large enough for 2 adults and 2 kids

Hotel with stunning views of the port and city. Wonderful staff. Cleanliness and tidiness. The best ratio of price and quality. Michelin restaurant in the building opposite. We came to celebrate a birthday and visit Loreto. The hotel gave us a gift and a room upgrade. We got a lovely clean room with a huge balcony. The room had bathrobes, slippers, and excellent cosmetics. Absolutely everything is provided. A toy, treat and hygiene items were provided for our dog. It's very nice that the hotel is dog friendly. The staff was very friendly! We arrived by car, gave the keys and an employee parked our car. In the evening we had dinner at the Genevra restaurant. it was truly an exquisite and unforgettable dinner.

Hotel was chosen as it is across the road from the train station. The rooms are spacious and the shower is lovely and hot!! Breakfast was very plentiful and very good. The staff were all helpful. The hotel also had tourist maps which is unusual and very helpful. So we took a walk into the old town for afternoon tea.
