Staff are fantastic very friendly also helpful, Each day the cleaning staff was their to keep the room to a high standard of cleaning. The breakfast was excellent lots to choose from. On the Saturday when we arrived a Lady Manager we ident get her name she was slim dark hair and wore glasses, a Special Thank You to her she was fantastic brilliant great help.
As all the staff was.

Just a 1-night stay, last minute booking as part of adjustments following flight cancellation and late night arrival with next day flight. We were so exhausted but check-in was nice and easy and the breakfast the next morning was very good.

Huge disappointment.
Huge disappointment. The apartment that I was ordered was not available due to technical reasons. I was informed about that only when I reached the original address and the host offered us an alternative apartment. The other apartment was farther from the train station (we have to go for 20 minutes with little children), didn't have air conditioning and had 2 levels with many stairs. The apartment was not clean, especially the bathroom where we found a dirty bath sponge that someone left. I have to mention that the host was nice and offered us 20% discount but our last day in Italy was ruined.

The best thing about Gallarate is it's positioning.
The best thing about Gallarate is it's positioning. It's right near the airport, but away from the big cities. It's also not too far from the gorgeous lakes of Como and Lugano. Milan is also about half an hour drive away.

The apartment has everything you need - good stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine. Fold-out sofa in the living room and a wide bed in the bedroom, lots of closets, good shower. Breakfast in the form of bags with cereal, milk, juice, breadcrumbs, jam, which was brought to our room. Windows, when opened you can hear the trains, close them and you can hear nothing! The TV, I was able access Netflix on my own account and relaxed in the evenings.
