Wonderful location with the breakfast room overlooking the sea. Wonderful Host. took extra care to make our stay comfortable. Host made arrangements for my car to be parked. Host was really friendly and offered to help with transport and finding our way in the area. She even left some fresh tomatoes and other local goodies for us. In addition to this, the apartment was extremely well equipped, much more than we would have even hoped for. The terrace/garden is absolutely phenomenal. We loved it.

Quiet little town just 20 minutes by car from Amalfi.

Quiet little town just 20 minutes by car from Amalfi. Close enough to Fiordo Di Furore that you can walk from there, although it can be a thought walk depending on where you start from, especially on the way back up.

We liked the location, as we had our own transport and could drive to other areas with beaches and shopping, it was so nice to come back to Furore which is perfect authentic Amalfi Coast Italy as the location is absolutely beautiful, inspiring and relaxing. Could have stayed a little longer.

This is in a great location.

This is in a great location. It was more busy than I expected and driving around is tricky with the windy narrow roads. You will need to be brave to go out driving Olin the dark to get to restaurants at night. The walk down the Fjord 600 steps is a great exercise for anyone

The hidden beach of Fiordo was just fantastic.

The hidden beach of Fiordo was just fantastic. We reached it by climbing down about 800 steps on the first day which was quite an amusing adventure. Second day we went by bus to save our leg muscles ! The beach was so enjoyable with panoramic scenes of the bridge on top and the mountain in the back. The water was so fresh and the beach boy provided comfortable chaise-long and drinks. At night we had a delicious dinner at Fico D'India restaurant on top of the mountain, quire stylish with a great view of the sea during the day time.

    Furore has beautiful views.

Furore has beautiful views. The location is about 400 meters above sea. There is not alot of activities so u must take the bus train or ferry. If you like more night life and activities then I would stay in one of the bigger towns like Almafi, Positano or Sorrento but if you like the peace and quiet and don't mind a little extra travel. This is good because keep in mind the bigger towns will be more expensive.

The location is simply amazing. From the road it looks just like a small restaurant but there is a whole hotel built on the mountain. Try to travel with small suitcases as there is no elevator and a lot of steps. Not very suitable for people who strugle with going up and down stairs. If the see is stormy you won't be able to swim because the entrance to the water is carved in the rocks and it could be dangerous. The owners and people who work there are wonderful, trying to do everything they can to make guests feel comfortable.

Owner and Enzo were so kind and helpful during our stay. They tried to do everything to make us feel welcomed and enjoy our trip. Welcome gift was so helpful and we enjoyed it. I saw that most people complained about garage entrance which is narrow. Yes it is but we discussed it with owner, he said it is because of official permissions. If you manage to drive in roads of that region, then garage entrance is not a big deal :)) have you seen roads in Amalfi, Positano and Furore? :))

WONDERFUL uninterrupted ocean views right out of our window and from the beautiful patio on the main property — some of the best during our time traveling throughout the amalfi coast! The property owner Letizia was a wonderful host and made some great recommendations for restaurants and an incredible winery in the area. We absolutely loved everything about Furore! P.S., A car is definitely needed to get around this area comfortably, which was perfect since we were on a road trip.

A stunning family run sanctuary tucked away in the more quieter hills of Furore. Really friendly staff and lovely home cooked food with wine made from their own a small grape production. The views from our room and dinner/ breakfast table were breath taking. Fest Really felt cozy and At and home here… thank you so much for making us feel welcome! SPLENDID! I stayed at Holiday’s Fico d’India for 3 nights & it was my favourite hotel I’ve ever been to. The owner Pino is a true gentleman and will help you with everything you need for your stay. Micaela and the other staff were so friendly! The restaurant is delicious as well as the breakfast. The rooms are very clean, the bed is comfortable and the view is breathtaking!

One of the best things about San Giacomo was Imberto! The most helpful and kind host, so sweet, can’t say enough about him. The property is charming and humble, tucked away in the sleepy farming town of Furore which is welcome respite from hectic Almafi and Positano. And our room had the jacuzzi bath! The views are stunning, Furore is quiet and quaint.

Very nice apartment, clean, with a beautiful view. It has a nice swimming pool, and very important in Italy, parking space. Paola, one of the owners, welcomed us and was very nice and helpful. She gave us few good tips (including the access to the Fiordo Furore). She also booked a great boat tour for us.
