The family room was amazing - spacious, lovely decor, air conditioning and a private terrace. The host was great, really accommodating, helped us find a great restaurant for a late lunch nearby. The manager was very responsive on whatsapp but we did feel like we had to constantly message her to ask fr anything like pool towels or an iron.
