Very nice family owned hotel. The staff were outstanding. Very friendly and helpful. The room was large and clean. There is also a restaurant and small store at the hotel, so you have plenty of food options. Good location, just 10 minutes to skiing and other towns.

Our stay felt like a movie - you leave the hotel and opposite of you is a very old church and the main square with a majestic statue. The hotel fulfilled all our expectations; the owners though even exceeded them. They were extremely helpful and friendly, and managed to help us with all our problems! It was very special to us to live such an old Tuscan city built on the hillside. It has a strong charm and traditions were just radiated from every piece of stone in the city. The appartement was spacious and comfortable for 4 people (family with 2 children). As the city is in the hills, the nights were comfortably chill to compensate the summer mediterranian day heat, to give a chance to be well refreshed for the next day.
