This is a family owned hotel. The owners were extremely kind, helpful and ready to accommodate any reasonable requests guests may have. The hotel is extremely clean, quite, offers a good breakfast and is centrally located. I really enjoyed my stay at Cima and recommends this hotel if you stay in the area.
