We booked here on a last minute whim based on the potential of a train strike. What an amazing surprise! The service from the two ladies and team was exceptional. The room was complete with a balcony and very comfortable. I would recommend booking dinner as it was great value and good quality. The hotel has a pool and sauna which are brilliant after a walk/hike. Breakfast garden has a spectacular view! We recommend it to all our family now! Hope we come back next summer!

The staff were welcoming and wonderful, the apartment was gorgeous (can we move in??) and the area is just beautiful. There is a pool and a hot tub and a restaurant included that is open all day and serves amazing local food. We traveled with 2 dogs and an infant and our stay was super easy. Everything was wonderful!

We were lucky not to find a place in Bolzano and found ourselves in Collalbo.
The region of Ritten/Ronen is beautiful, and from it is easy to access Bolzano via public transport, including the cable car which operates until 22:45.
The village has several cafes, a baker, a supermarket and visitor center.
The main attraction in the area are the Earth pyramids, but it is nice to just walk around the many paths.

It's a nice town, which lost in the years, sorrowly its alpine village character due to overtouristization, unfortunately, a classic of the indiscriminate tourism business in Suedtirol/Alto Adige, and to be honest, all main tourist areas in the European Alps. Collalbo-Klobenstein is very widespread on the Ritten ridge and lucky wise, you can find various original old-style spots where to stay and lot of sun Its worth for some longer stay.

Nice small place with superb views of Dolomites, lovely mountain walks and delicious food. Definitely visit also the earth pyramids. The only regret is that we didn't manage to take the tram and cable car to Bolzano. Next time!
Klobenstein is a perfect location to feel South Tyrol. You can get here with 1) cable from Bolzano + tram from Oberbozen or 2) bus from Bolzano. Option 1 is defienetly more pleasant. The town is really peaceful and compact with its restaurants, cafes, bakery and small market.
The hotel was the cheapest option for this location when I book and I have no regrets. It is close to public transportation by walk. The staff is friendly and helpfull. The rooms are big, cleaning is not perfect but enough.

A nice example of a typical South Tyrolean hotel, with quiet, wood panelled rooms upstairs and a charming, sunny breakfast room downstairs where the helpful, friendly bar staff bring you coffee as you spread butter onto your fresh bread rolls. It's in a convenient position not far from the station, in a quiet residential street with gardens brimming with flowers.
We (a family of 5 plus a dog) loved our apartment, and the hotel area and the kids' zone were fantastic. We also enjoyed the food at the bistro. The staff was always nice and accommodating. It seems like the designer of the whole complex had a real vision with excellent taste!
Views of the mountains were awesome! Easy check in/out at hotel. Very clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful! Enjoyed our discussion at check in and check out with hotel manger!!
Public transportation card was included which was amazing, super easy to get into bolzano by bus. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was nice and quiet. Beautiful scenary.
