Hotel Cetus, hotel in Cetara

Offering a private beach area and parking, Hotel Cetus is situated in Cetara, part of the Amalfi Coast. The hotel has a panoramic sea-view restaurant, free WiFi and sea-view rooms.

The view from the hotel was fantastic, accompanied by the soothing sound of waves nearby. We particularly enjoyed the dinner, which was of high quality. Despite it not being the season, we were pleased to find access to the private beach, although umbrellas were not available. Cetara is a picturesque fishing town with some of the friendliest people you'll encounter. We found its unique allure to surpass that of other towns along the coast.

Thank you for everything! Recommending this to everyone for your best experience in Italy

Stella Maris House, hotel in Cetara

Surrounded by the countryside, Stella Maris House offers accommodation in Cetara. Guests benefit from terrace and a terrace. Amalfi is 15 km away.

All around spectacular. Really cute with a great patio, and the loft space was great for kiddos. The loft has two twin beds with low ceilings. The town is my favorite on the coast, much quieter but still beautiful. The host was great with snacks and fresh food waiting and made a great effort to fix internet problems (a line was down to the region). I wish we could be there now!

Villa Levante - Direct Sea Access - Full Sea View - Amalfi Coast, hotel in Cetara

Set in Cetara, 80 metres from Spiaggia del Lannio, Villa Levante - Direct Sea Access - Full Sea View - Amalfi Coast offers accommodation with a private beach area, free WiFi and luggage storage space....

We spent 5 nights in the apartment and would like to come again. The apartment is very spacious and very well equipped. Beds are very comfy and 2 bathrooms help to organize the family life 😉 All rooms have amazing sea view and enormous terrace invites to spend time in the morning and evening. But the unique selling point is the private sunbathing terrace with private water entry. It gives the sense of privacy and comfort and water is great for snorkeling with quite reach sea life. Highly recommended!

Cetara is a great place to feel the Italian way.

Cetara is a great place to feel the Italian way. The small conversations with the locals and not to overwhelmed with tourist (April / May) and this helps. We felt that Amalfi is nice but to over rated. Cetara brings you back in time.

CETARA is a cost-effective option for accommodation on the Amalfi Coast. However it is a very small fishing village and hence nothing much to do. We found that the quality of restaurants were not up to our expectations although the prices were very high.

Great location for exploring the Amalfi coast due to good Bus and ferry connections. Also not as crowded as other places on the Amalfi Coast, so great for going to the beach and to restaurants. Pompei, Vesuvius and Ercolano are also close enough to visit from Cetara on day trips.

The apartment is very modern and the kitchen had everything you needed. The finishings were high quality and the place was spotless. The location is about 500m from the ferry up a gentle hill. It is located on the main street within walking distance to many great restaurants. The host was so accommodating and very helpful. He responded quickly and helped recommend a shuttle too. This is a fantastic place for a short visit to Cetara. The only downside was the place was a little closed in as there is no balcony and only a few small port size ( 2’x4’) windows. There is a bench right outside the door beside the common staircase leading up to other homes to get some fresh air. Cetara is a beautiful town with very kind welcoming people.

Cetara is a rather unknown city on the Amalfi coast.

Cetara is a rather unknown city on the Amalfi coast. It is known tor the seefood and rather relaxed atmosphere. It's just much more quiet and down to earth than Amalfi city or Positano, and I mean that in a good way. There is a small but nice beach, possibility to take a ferry along the Amalfi coast and several hiking possibilities for those who want to experience more than the sealife. There are several good restaurants serving fresh local seafood. We had the impression that the tourists were mostly locals.

The room I was in had a fantastic view of Cetara and the ocean. The owners were very kind and helpful. They replied easily and in English. The room was very clean, had lots of storage, and the bed was very comfortable. The owners were helpful and receptive when I had a travel emergency and needed to stay one more night. I really enjoyed the breakfast in the chocolate shop about 3 minutes away from the property. They have excellent brioche (croissants) that can be filled with things like local lemon marmalade.

Super cute little studio very close to the beach and in the middle of the town of Cetara! Super equipped with everything you need (kitchen, coffee, washer, toiletries, tv, air conditioning, clothes line). Host was very kind and responsive. Best value you can get on the Amalfi Coast (tip, you’ll probably find it much more pleasant to stay here than in Positano or the bigger towns anyway, far too crowded and this town actually has a local feel). Both ferry and bus are within 2 minutes walk!

Im so happy we found this space hidden between the lemon trees in the hills of Cetara. The owner Roberto has created the perfect environment to switch off and relax. Also his knowledge of the surrounding area was really helpful. We found it easy to get around and to explore as the bus/boats were within walking distance. We had a beautiful experience camping here, even in the rain, one I highly recommend!!

Stella Maris is within walking distance of the village center, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and the beach. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The host was very kind, and she acted quickly to resolve issues. A major plus for me was the canarino, who lives above Stella Maris, singing his heart out on my last morning in Cetara.

Hotel seems to have been recently fully renovated. Fantastic ocean view from rooms and all public venues. Despite room size of only 23sm, our room did not feel small and was very bright. Nice breakfast buffet. Close walking distance to Cetara center. Private beach. Valet parking service available.

A good location near the beach and the centre. A spacy bedroom with a high ceiling, great view on the sea and the city. Easy instructions for the key and even hosts were not there present, they were available on the phone. Cetara is a very pleasent small village with some great restaurants.
