The apartment was uncluttered and nicely decorated. The hosts were great and welcoming. There is a lockbox, but allowed for bags to be dropped off early. The apartment was well positioned for what was needed. To get into town it required a bus trip to the metro and then a journey on the metro (about an hour of travel). Was fairly easy when worked out. There is a supermarket 11 minutes walk away, and a very nice place to eat at night (closed for lunch)_ about 8 minutes walk away.

The hotel is really nice, clean and well equipped. The staff is wonderful, very helpful. We got an upgrade to a better room upon pur arrival, no extra charge and an earlier check in. The room was very clean and was cleaned regularly. The breakfast was great, really rich wifh the offer.

The rooms, whilst pretty small and basic, were exceptionally clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast was fairly good, too, although it felt quite disorganised when it was busy. I ate at the restaurant one of the nights, the food was tasty, if a little more on the expensive side. Overall, I felt t like this hotel offers great value for money, it really was such a good price compared with most of the other hotels and I enjoyed my stay very much.

The exterior of the hotel is very pretty and the location is lovely, although not particularly central. The neighbourhood is very residential, so you have to walk 10 minutes to reach any food/drink options, down quite a steep hill. The seating outside is nice and the barman was very friendly.

1. Location: The hotel is at 15 minutes walking distance from metro station Palaspourt Eur. From there you can easly reach Coloseum and all tourist attractions located in the center of Rome. 2.Personnel: The personnel was very kind and client oriented. 3. Cleanness: Very clean room, every day they cleaned the room. 4. Nice treatment for our 13 years old twins - they left few bombons as a welcome gift. 5. The water in the minibar was includeed, but we only found out in the last day... specific information on this should be transmitted to clients.
