Room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The breakfast was superb, spoilt for choice and the lady who greeted us each morning was welcoming friendly and attentive. Even though part of the garden was under reconstruction with the pool works the gardens were still magnificent and our chat with the gardener was great as she explained the age of some of the plants and some of the varieties of plants growing in the garden. The hotel was also well located for our needs. Close to the train station, cable car to Renon and the piazza.

We arrived after hours, got instruction how to get a key to the room. Everything was clean and tidy and set perfectly to maximum comfort.
we wanted to stay an additional day as we really enjoyed it, unfortunetly our beloved dog got ill and we cancled the rest of our holiday and went home, the staff was really understanding of the situation and we are greatfull for that.
