Hotel is located just the walking distance to the city cnetre. Don't get distracted by the outside look of the hotel, because it is a bit outdated, but the interior is very clean and modern. Our rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable.
The bathroom was huge.
Although the rooms faced the street, the noise was not heard.
The staff was very helpful with the information we needed.
The breakfast is very good, and not expensive (9 €).

I do not know the position on Italy but booking.com is selling the business outside Italy and including in the UK. To be fair, I did not check that breakfast WAS provided. But given the business name why would I?
