location with beautiful views
- very clean room with daily cleaning service
- very good heating system in the room and bathroom
- imho modern yet old-fashioned internal design with real old wood, stone, white and grey colors
What a beautiful city and surrounding areas. So much to see and do, much of it just a short drive away - for instance, seeing the Black Madonna at Oropa, visiting the mediaeval castle in the city, eating the best ice cream I've ever had in the gelaterie next to the tourist office ... Looking forward to coming back and venturing further afield, for instance to the great lakes, only an hour or so's drive away.

I answered above that the length of stay was just right, but with half decent weather my stay would have needed to be longer as there are quite a few things to see and the area has beautiful nature ideal for walking.
the building was very ancient and absolutely magical! Everything was super clean and comfortable. The breakfast included homemade cakes, local cheese and jams. The owner was the sweetest most hospitable person you will ever meet. She made sure I had everything I needed and was very sweet. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Can’t wait to return and have another adventure in Biella :)
The location in Biella was fairly central and easy to get to from the periphery. The breakfast was perfectly good without being exceptional. The pleasant surprise was how spacious the family room was, and how spacious and well equipped, and styled, the bathroom was. The underground car-park has a lift, which is handy.
Wonderful room arrangement for large family—dorm room (for kids) with attached twin room (for parents), with private bathroom with shower. Lovely location in old, upper Biella, near funicular. Great views west over rooftops to Mt Mucrone. Best hotel solution we’ve found for our family. Staff were very kind.
Comfortable room, nice and practical bathroom, good breakfast with sausage, ham, cheese, eggs next to the usual italian breakfast things. Just 50 m front the main pedestrian street through the historical center of Biella. Excellent free parking at the house.
Angela, who was our contact was great she made restaurant recommendations and reservations us all three nights. She was very attentive to all of our needs. The place is huge. If visiting Biella again we would definitely want to stay here again. Thank you
Very kind person. You hear the neighbors (OK, it's Italy), but if you ask them to be quiet, they are...and you can sleep then ;) Quiet area with parking space and 20 min to walk to the city centre...and no trouble at the accomodation.
The friendliness of the host, it's privacy and security. It was easy to get to Biella. The place was very clean and well decorated. The beds were comfortable as was the A/C. The landscaping and view to the mountain were very nice.
Lovely hosts and great communication. The flat is located in the center of Biella, beautiful space, very clean with all amenities needed. The terrace, welcome drinks and teas and coffees were very appreciated.
Highly recommend!
Salvatore was an excellent host, easy to reach and very quick to respond to a couple questions I had after arrival. The location is terrific and the parking is easy (and free). I'll book here again when I'm back in Biella.
Very comfortable hotel in the center of Biella. It has all you need to be comfortable (clean room, everything works well). Great breakfast with local cheese, cakes and pastries. Walking distance to Cittadell'arte!
Great location, walking distance from the center of Biella and also the train station. Grocery store very close by too. Which was very helpful since we did day trips to Torino, Milano and Como.

It has an underground covered parking. The hotel is right in the center of the city. The staff are friendly especially Sofia. She was so pleasant all the time.
They are a 5 minute walk to the best pizza we have ever had. The hotel breakfast was excellent. They had safe, secure parking. Rooms were clean and big.
