For us, this hotel gets top marks for the awesome people who run it, who will answer all your questions, go above and beyond to make sure you have an awesome stay and make you feel very welcome. Nothing is too much to ask for, and they always have a smile on their face. I can't recommend them enough. It has everything one needs for a holiday in the mountains, from the interior design to the layout and views - and probably, the cleanest apartment I've ever stayed in. Also, wonderful hosts and very helpful in answering our questions.

They were also helpful with finding transportation since we took the ski train and shuttle into Aprica, but we also needed a taxi for some other jaunts. After 50 minutes of using the pool, we Neva to leave, because they have time restriction in there too. I reserve this hotel because the wellness, but it was a big mistake!BalazsHungary
