The view from my room was incredible! Although I stayed there only for 8 hours, I really enjoyed my stay here. The room and kitchen were really large. There were several toilets and bathrooms! Highly recommended if anyone is visiting the area.

If you're looking for fancy accommodation with new furniture and lots of space, this may not be suitable for you. However, if you're interested in meeting locals, this is a great opportunity. Some reviews mention the smell of horses in the house, but it's not like the house is filthy; it's most likely just some rugs or shoes in the hall (if you have a dog, they're probably the first thing you smell in your hall). I should mention that our room was clean and odor-free. The kitchen is small, so I wouldn't recommend any big cooking. We spent just one night here. We cooked some pasta, took a hot shower, chatted with the house owner (a nice guy), and got some good sleep - perfect for this purpose.

The location is good. we can see the kirkjufell from the window in the kitchen and the view around the place is amazing. The kitchen is big and you can enjoy your coffee , meal with breathtaking view. The location is nearby Kirkjufell , if the weather is good, you can drive to take the picture in sunset and sunrise period.
