Our staying couldn’t be better!! 12 points out of 10! The house is gorgeous, our room was beautiful, like the castle chamber… Hosts are amazing kindest energetic couple with many helpful recommendations! Also the location was excellent, so quiet and close to the ocean, I really loved the short cliff walk which strarts just in from of the house.

It is a stunningly beautiful little village and one of Ireland best kept secrets. Off season was perfect to see it and had some delicious food there . Very close to other really beautiful coastal villages too but will definitely go back to spend more time in Union Hall as we found it a particularly charming village in gorgeous west cork

It's a small village, with a shop, a cafe that is only open at the weekends, and one great pub (and a second OK pub). The people are friendly, but there is not much else here. With a few more shops and cafes, it could be a bustling little port village, but it needs some investment. It is a great location for visiting other places, and it has some nice walks around the area (although it is a hilly location).

We had a great meal in The Dock Wall, with seating on a terrace right up against the water. There's not a huge amount to do in the town itself, but there are several walking routes to nearby beaches that can be done in 1-3 hours, and plenty to do and see outdoors in the scope of a day trip. I loved how quiet and peaceful the location was.

Union Hall has everything you could want from a holiday. Little beach, lovely places to eat and all serving up local produce eg Union Hall smoked salmon and all locallly sourced fish. A very pretty village with a lovely sandy beach; a perfect launch spot for stand up paddle boarding or kayaking and a lovely swimming spot. I recommend driving across to Glandore for wonderful seafood at either the Glandore Inn or Hayes. Nearby, there is a really cool, alternative Irish pub called Connellys of Leap - great live music and amazing wood fired pizza.
Beautiful suite of rooms, bedroom, shower, and comfortable seating area with tea/coffee facilities and TV. Beautiful views of Keelbeg Pier and Union Hall. Very well organised breakfast slots to allow for social distancing/covid compliance. We had an array of breakfast over our visit, all excellent quality. A great location to visit West/Southwest Cork - Very good food at Dintys Pub and The Dock Wall in the village, no need to go any further and a 10 minute walk from Shearwater
This was a gem of a place. We arrived after a long day of cycling and were quite tired and hungry. The setting was in a the quaint village of Union Hill and unfortunately the local pubs were not open for that day. Julie, the host, drove us to a nearby town for dinner, and picked us afterwards. She was also so kind as to throw our bike clothing into the wash. Her breakfast was fabulous with a great selection of items.
Breakfast was not included in the booking as it was a house booking for 11 days. The location was extremely good because I could walk to Dinty's for lunch and the Centra store for some shopping. I have stayed in and around Union Hall for years and like the area very much. The garden was a great size for my dog and was secluded and a nice place to sit when the weather was good
Everything it is a beautiful guest house overlooking the harbour.
Beautiful rooms and ours had a view out to the harbour.
We had a beautiful meal at the dock wall and woke up to a beautiful sunny morning.
Our host couldn’t do enough for us and the breakfast was superb you wouldn’t get it in a 4 star hotel.
It was a very enjoyable stay and we will return.
Beautiful rooms and bath. The house is set in delightful gardens and neighborhood. Walking distance to lovely Union Hall and a short drive to many other great locations. Great breakfast with menu options every morning. Friendly hosts that were keen to be helpful. Could not ask for more.
Perfect location in Union Hall. Amazingly friendly and hard working host Adella. Varied breakfast, without hot eggs, but with everything else. Rooms overlooking Glandore Harbor. Short walk to pubs and restaurants in town. Property is updated and is perfectly clean. QUIET!!
The building and bedroom were amazing - better than anything I have ever been in. It was like a luxurious hotel. The grounds were beautiful and there were long-distance sea views. A very simple run down to the village (Union Hall) for dinner. Breakfast was excellent also.
Carol and Jim were very friendly. The bedroom was fabulous, bed amazing (we came from a 5 star hotel night before and this bed was as comfortable if not more so). Lovely bedlinen. Whole place completely spotless. Gorgeous location and really good value for money.
Beautiful home in a stunning location. Perfect base for exploring the surrounding areas or simply staying local and enjoying a more relaxed pace. Michael and Sheelagh were great hosts. Looking forward to being able to return to Union Hall again in the future.
Gorgeous property in an idyllic area. Walk to the nearby town for a sumptuous meal. Breakfast, served on white linen, is beautiful, and also delicious. Such careful attention to detail—and the hosts are an absolute delight.
Delightful stay! Union Hall is a beautiful little village and Seascape has an excellent location. Julie was a wonderful hostess. Breakfast outside on the patio was a treat and included fish delivered fresh from the harbour.
Wonderful hosts who went out of their way to ensure an enjoyable stay. The breakfast was fabulous. The room was lovely, really comfortable and clean and the location is great as it's just a short walk to Union Hall.
Location was very good, an easy walk into Union Hall. Beautiful views over the bay. Quiet and peaceful. Nice clean and well stocked studio. Adela was helpful with recommendations of where to eat and what to do
The views from the terrace are magnificent - the staff were helpful and friendly - the breakfast was outstanding. This b&b is better than a four star hotel. Union Hall itself is gorgeous - a hidden gem!
Everything! The property is stunning, the decor is gorgeous. The views were a delight and the host was 10/10. And there are 3 bars/restaurants within 2 minutes walking distance - what's not to love!
Lis-Ardagh Lodge is a truly wonderful place to stay. The rooms are lovely. It is in a quiet setting with beautiful grounds, but it is very close to the town of Union Hall.
