The Red Door Townhouse Apartment, hotel in Glenties

Located in Ardara and only 10 km from Narin & Portnoo Golf Club, The Red Door Townhouse Apartment provides accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking.

The location was perfect, just off the Main St. Also helped it had a dedicated parking space. Quite a number of stairs, were made aware at search so no surprise. The apartment was clean throughout, lacked large saucepan and oven dishes but had a few small saucepans. Managed to cook a couple of meals. No microwave. Beds comfortable, could have a couple spare pillows in wardrobe as option to only 2 on each double bed. Would recommend and would stay again.

The owners were polite helpful but not over intrusive but forfilled every thing expected in a well run b and b and we would stay again. The Station House was very clean, comfortable and cosy. The only thing that our host said she couldn't fix was the weather!

This was an absolutely brilliant B&B, the best I have stayed at. Mary, the host, is certainly worthy of the wonderful reviews we had read. Quiet, comfortable bed, ample sized room, nice en-suite. Lovely breakfast cooked by Mary, and we loved chatting with her, and her excellent advice on the day’s touring ahead. It is quite rural, but certainly worth the drive to Glenties, to wake to the serenity, overlooking green paddocks. Strong recommendation for this accommodation.

Everything was fantastic. The gift basket was a lovely touch and it was a very comfortable house, with excellent access to Narin and Portnoo and also Glenties. Owners are lovely and very attentive! Our family loved the stay and we also love the fact that it's pet friendly as our collie Larry had a great time too! Kitchen was also fully stocked which is a great touch! Thanks a million.

The Cottage was very comfortable, we were met by one of the owners who explained everything and gave us very good advice on local routes and sights. It was a great location from which to explore and we had a lovely dinner in Highlands Hitel in Glenties. We explored Mt Errigal, Glenveagh National Park, Sliabh Liag, Glencolmkille and Lough Eske. Highly recommend it.

This was my second time staying at Marguerite's B&B. My second stay was equally as excellent as the first stay. Everything about the B&B is first class. Marguerite is extremely friendly and hospitable as a host. The cleanliness of the rooms, the comfort of the beds, the great selection for breakfast. It's a great location for touring and exploring Donegal.
