Kenmare is a charming, small Irish town.

Kenmare is a charming, small Irish town. We loved walking through the streets with many shops, pubs and restaurants. Both Holy Cross and St. Patrick's churches are worth a visit. Kenmare is a perfect base for driving the Ring of Kerry and visiting Killarney National Park. We had a fabulous dinner at The Coachman's pub, sitting outside on a pleasant October evening but there are many other dining options too.

A very warm welcome on our arrival from Lucy the owner who always had time for a chat. Situated in the town centre it is close to the shops, restaurants and bars and it is a good base for touring the local area. Our room was spacious and warm and our bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was fabulous with the American Style Pancakes and Eggs Benedict the best we ever had. We had a lovely time in Kenmare despite the bad weather and we look forward to returning an we will definitely stay with Lucy again.

Eileen is a wonderful hostess. Welcome is second to none..lovely tray of tea and biscuits on arrival. Plenty of tea and coffee in the room. Excellent WiFi.Beautiful garden to sit out in and a lovely comfortable lounge for guests as an alternative,Eileen has plenty of local knowledge of the area and facilities so she is very good to give pointers. The breakfast is 5 stars including fresh fruit salad and she even offered us a lift in her car to Kenmare Town for dinner.

From the very first meeting of the host Patricia we felt so comfortable and welcomed! The BnB was very cosy and super clean and quiet, room had everything you need, bed super comfy. Breakfast was delicious, a wide variety of food to offer, Patricia was very accommodating. Just a short walk into Kenmare town centre, which was very safe to walk. Definitely coming back for another stay it really felt like a home away from home :-) thank you too Patricia and staff!

The Park Hotel is a fantastic retreat for a short getaway with delicious food, a relaxing spa, piano lounge, golf, and beautiful walks around the grounds of this historic hotel. A special mention for the staff who were courteous and friendly but never overwhelming. Free tea and carrot cake in the afternoon, exactly the tonic after a long walk. We also had a free electric charge point at our disposal, so the little things really do help!

Reg and Gary are the ultimate hosts. They did everything possible to make our stay in Kenmare the best it could be. They provided excellent tips on places to see and eat in the Killarney area. The breakfasts were of the highest quality and professionally presented. The room was spacious and comfortable with an eye to detail. We highly recommend a stay at Two Eggs.

The house was very easy to find with plenty of parking outside. The property was very comfortable and the comms from the hosts were first class. It’s only a ten minute walk into Kenmare town centre and there’s a good sized shop at the petrol station 5 minutes away. We would definitely stay at this property again.
