Padraig and his wife were great hosts and extremely friendly and responsive. Property location was brilliant with less than 5 mins walking from the coast with amazing views. We heard there was shark spotting there too which we missed. There is also the blue pool within 2 KMS of the property for a natural seaweed bath in the Atlantic. It was super fun we enjoyed it. A nice river walk in 1 km along the bridge.

A friendly welcome at the desk and a large comfortable room with a view. They don't have a restaurant but had recommended the Venue next door which was excellent. Continental breakfast was good,

I was send very clear instructions with photos on where the property was and how to get to it Elaine left keys for me which was hidden as she was working and couldn’t give the keys to me herself. The flat was amazing! There’s a balcony facing the beach which was beautiful. You can help yourself to tea and coffee and I could use her fridge to store some food that I brought. You are living in her apartment so it’s nothing like a hotel but it’s quarter the price of nearby hotels. Just don’t expect a hotel experience.
I got myself some breakfast to go from Honestly restaurant/shop and went back up to the apartment to eat it and I meet Elaine we had a lovely conversation and I left for my hike I didn’t see or hear her for the rest of my trip. The room is facing the car park, the bed was comfortable. Room has lots of storage it has two side lockers, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The apartment was very clean and in the heart of the village I loved the morning and evening walks at the beach. I would highly recommend staying here on your own or with your partner or friend.
