Great host family, delicious breakfast, good location with a private parking lot, a short walk to the beach and supermarkets and restaurants. The room was very clean and the large balcony offered a fantastic view. We would definitely come back again!

Small place, too crowded, everything walkable.
Many supermarkets, restaurants and shops.
Some tourist attractions, impossible to visit in the hot water, for example to climb to the castle on the top of the mountain.
Rafting on Cetina river was amazing.
One can take boat trip on the Cetina canyon.
The beach is open, with umbrellas and sunbeams too. Clean water to swim.

We picked Omis because of the activities that were available there and we were not disappointed. We did rafting, a speedboat tour to the blue cave and some islands, ziplining, trip to Krka National park and jet skis. We were going to do canyoning but decided on a beach day instead. If/when we return we will also do a boat ride up the river and hire a boat and go across to some islands. Our 17 year old sun did not get bored! The old town is lovely, although very busy. There are many restaurants that were all very nice. Most sold the same sorts of food consisting of a range of meat and fish/seafood dishes as well as pasta and pizza. Some of them specialised a bit but we all ate well every night for a reasonable price. There are also a few souvenir shops and shops selling beach items.
Be aware fruit is expensive at the stalls. One nectarine was 3 euros. We spent 38 euros on 4 nectarines, 2 plums, 1/4 watermelon and some grapes and a significant amount had to be thrown away. Other than that the food is reasonably priced with several small supermarkets throughout Omis.
Whilst a guide on one of our trips considered the beaches to be sandy, they are not what we think of as sandy- more shingle mixed with sand. Think builders sand. Saying this, the beaches were clean and the sea is crystal clear and we still spent time there and would return.
You can pay by card in the restaurants and supermarkets but the activities, food stalls and small shops were cash only. Not a problem in itself but we wished we had gone prepared for this as it meant we had to take cash out of the ATM a few times.
Public toilets cost 1 euro to use. This can add up if your out for the day and there are a few of you.
Overall a great place to be. we would recommend and return here.

Omis is an amazing location for people (singles, couples or families) who are looking to explore Croatia's amazing country side by doing as little or as much as you want. There is an abundance of activities which are aimed at varying levels of fitness with some activities more suited to those adrenaline junkies. Would recommend visiting during the summer time but would still be amazing during autumn or spring.

Good place to stay if you don't like crowded tourist places.
Good place to stay if you don't like crowded tourist places. The city is charming. It has everything one may need - historical Old Town, sunny beaches, restaurants and cafes, magnificent mountains and river.
Its location is good to explore the surroundings.
The apartment has an excellent location, in the center of Omis, in the old town, right under the Mirabela fortress. Everything is on your doorstep: restaurants, shops, bakery... The beach is about 5 minutes walk.
The apartment is spacious, comfortable and very clean. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. The bathroom is very nicely renovated.
Be aware that the apartment is in a pedestrian zone, so you will need to leave your car in a car park situated about 300 m from the apartment. (You receive a parking card so you can park for free.)
Really cool apartments. Found it accidentally, at the same moment when someone cancelled their booking. The host told, that apartments are usually booked in advance.
The apartments were really cosy. We found everything we needed. The host was helpful. There is a free parking place. Beach and the grocery shop is really close. Nice pool
I put everything in video, hopefully it will be helpful. This video could be found on youtube channel "MBVD Channel". Video name "Apartments Nemira Exclusive | Omiš, Croatia".
Nice beach just in front of the Hotel, walkable distance to Omis centre but since Hotel has a garage and parking spaces car is recommended. Hotel and room cleanliness is 10/10, very nice pool situated in the middle of the hotel. Breakfast is great with many options so you will not get bored picking what to eat, they also tend to source fresh food from local family farms. Staff is very kind and there for you all the time, special thanks to Toni explaining details about the food and the hotel facilities!
Matea, who was the owner of the property was fantastic. She communicated very clearly about the check in procedure, parking, etc. She gave us great recommendations for dining, shopping, and places to explore in Croatia as we continued our travels. The accommodations were conveniently located to everything in Omis (restaurants, bus stops, shopping, beach, climbing and hiking trails). The room had everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
Very clean rooms,
the owners are absolutely kind and helpful. In the rooms are wardrobes. You can wash your clothes and dry them in the balcony. The kitchen is well equipped, the parking is in the front of building free. Omis old city is about 30 min walk, Beach Brzet (by the Baywatch Bar) is about 15 min and I think it is better than the popular sand beach. Highly recommended apartment.
We stayed at IDIS for almost two weeks in July and had an absolutely wonderful time. The hosts were super nice and very helpful. The apartment was very clean, well equipped, cozy and very well suited for a family vacation. We especially liked the spacious terrace with a fantastic view of the ocean and surroundings! We will definitely recommend this to friends traveling to Croatia!
This is one of my best experiences of a good hotel with its own restaurant. We had lunch and dinner there. The place was clean and waiters were clean and behaving polite. We really recommend the restaurant in Miramar, because the taste of the food is incredible, the prices are affordable and the atmosphere and attention from the staff is amazing.
Perfect location, really nice, clean and well equipped apartment. Spacious rooms with A/C, parking inside the property, just three minutes walk from sandy beach. Sabina is a wonderful host, she was really kind and helpful, even prepared a gift for us and a delicious apple pie. Do not hesitate to book this apartment if you're staying in Omis.
Nice apartment, unusual design of kitchen off the terrace, we liked it. Clean and comfortable. Nice host, they carried our cases. 20m from bus stop to Split. We tried to stay longer but were full. Easy flat walking to old town and supermarkets. Easy parking at the door. Omis is beautiful with lots to do.
We spent 3 nights here, the location of the hotel is perfect, close to everything. The town of Omis is so beautiful. The staff throughout the hotel went above and beyond, especially Anita on the front desk. The spa/wellness suite was a particular highlight along with views from our room on the 4th floor.
Great apartment in a calm quiet neighborhood. Beach is 5 minutes away ( a lot of other beaches are close, but walking distance is 15-20 minutes). The host is lovely,he will give you everything you need. We are from Croatia so we also enjoyed talking with him in the evenings.
Location was perfect with an amazing view. We had access to our own private beach and swimming pool.
The hosts & staff at the property were super nice and made sure we had a comfortable stay. If I go to Croatia again I am definitely staying at the same property again.
A great, modern hotel in the heart of Omis! Very clean and an exceptional breakfast offering loads of choice. I really enjoyed the extra facilities such as the gym and private spa for an hour inc steam, sauna and jacuzzi for less that 11 pounds! Greatly recomended!
Great location in omis , 20 mins walk from the main part and few minutes drive , easy to get to other parts in Croatia,
Host was lovely ,amazing views of the other islands , great layout, would happily stay again ,
Beautiful view in swiming pool. 100 meters restaurant bar and shop , big Rooms :) and really very helpful, and smile People !!!! Croatia 2021 thank you , and i want see you Again next year:)
Very strategic location between Omis and Podstrana. Clean, tidy and very welcome host. We had a room with an outstanding sea view overlooking Brac! Unfortunately we stayed only two nights.
The location is perfect. Within 5-10 minutes you are in the old town and on the most beautiful sand-beach we encountered in Croatia. Omis and this apartment is really worth wile.
Beautiful hotel, location is great, stuff is very friendly. If we will visit Amis again will definitely stay at the same hotel, highly recommended. Thanks for everything
