Víctor and Aida were the loveliest hosts. We spontaneously ended up staying one night in Santa Rosa and they welcomed us with open arms. Breakfast was delicious and made to order. Juan would message the night before provide 4 options for breakfast and ask what time we would like to dine. El desayuno tipico was fantastic. FLuffly eggs, the best platano madura, and perfectly seasoned beans.

What an amazing hotel. It is so relaxing, the staff are fabulous, the breakfast & dinner is amazing. We loved chilling on the terrace looking at the views. Just outside our room we had a hammock. We didn't want to leave.
In the centre of Gracias. Tuktuk taxis passed by regularly. The fort was just a short walk behind the hotel too.
